I charge £65 for a 50 min slot and sessions take place weekly at a mutually agreed time. I do not offer therapeutic support between sessions, but if I have availability I will gladly arrange extra sessions during the week.
I offer a free initial 15 min call over the phone or zoom so you can get a sense of whether I am the right fit for you. Please get in touch to arrange a call.

Practice room
The room is situated at the back of a vintage shop called Archie and Tallulah’s Emporium. The below pictures show what the entrance looks like when the shop is open and closed.
Accessibility
I am sorry to say that there is no step free access to my practice room: there is a flight of stairs to acccess the space. There is are toilet facilities on site and those are level with the practice room. The toilet does not have accessibility features.
If you require step free access, please do get in touch. There is an option to have our sessions at a different venue in Forest Hill (The Quaker House, SE23 2QA) that offers step free access to the counselling room as well as an accessible bathroom on site.
If you require other types of accommodations (communication, sensory, etc.) please do get in touch. While I cannot guarantee to be able to meet all requests, I will do my best to meet your needs.
How to get there
The closest bus stop is Forest Hill Pools, where you can get buses 122, 176 and 197. The Forest Hill station/London road bus stops are just five minutes walk away, where you can catch buses 185 and 356.
Forest Hill station is also a 5 mins walk away, where you can catch the Windrush Overground line and Southern train services.
Perry Vale car park just below Forest Hill station offers two hours free parking.
